With the closing of the Spring 2024 semester and our transition into Summer, the College of Business at UHCL continues to celebrate the successes of our Hawks and Spring graduates. 🎉 🎊 We are also excited to share with you the College of Business’ various accomplishments we had throughout the Spring 2024 semester, including: • We celebrated the graduation of 669 undergraduates, 43 earning Latin Honors, and 400 graduates for their outstanding academic achievements.🎓 • The COB awarded 122 undergraduates with the Dean’s List academic achievement at the annual Dean’s List Reception. • With the help of UHCL Strategic Partnerships, Students were offered valuable internships with renowned businesses and organizations such as Community Health Network, Capital Bank, Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, Chick-Fil-A, and more! • We hosted engaging networking events such as our annual Spring semester Employer Mixer (partnered with UHCL Career Services), Home Bank Lunch & Learn (partnered with UHCL Strategic Partnerships), Finance Career Panel, AACSB luncheon, and more! 🙌 • Our students participated and excelled in competitions such as our annual Hawk Business Pitch Competition and Mock Trial. We would like to extend a huge congratulations to all our students that competed at the thrilling final event! 🎉 Your dedication, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit have truly shone throughout this exciting journey.
