One of our favorite projects and the headquarters of Coba Properties!
Coba Properties and Winmar Construction are proud to showcase this successful project completed in 2021. The Define14 building is a prime example of adaptive reuse development in a historic neighborhood. Based on the historic nature of the neighborhood and the building, the team surgically excavated a full basement and built a new structure supporting two additional levels, which are each set back and not visible from the street. Projects like this seamlessly blend modern design and construction practices with historic architecture. This project, built by Winmar Construction, has contributed to the revitalization of the 14th St corridor and now provides the community with ground floor and cellar retail, two levels of office spaces, and eight luxury apartments. We are incredibly proud of this project as it is the headquarters of Coba Properties.
