Hey San Jose Japantown - we have some sweet news! COBE Construction Inc. is officially underway on a new bakery in Japantown, San Jose.    So far we've demoed the existing storefront glass and added a temporary wall to protect the façade. Data centers and more than what meets the eye! 👀 While the server racks might steal the show, the underground work in data centers is just as important. The #COBETeam recently completed a major Silicon Valley data center project where we reconfigured the floor for future server expansion and installation. We removed all the existing electrical lines, installed a new unistrut system under the floor, and replaced the electrical lines. #DataCenter #CommercialConstruction

Exciting times on one of COBE Construction Inc. #LifeScience project! Last week, our team carefully disassembled and used a crane to remove the air handling units from the rooftop of the building. The team is doing some repairs and preparing to install more efficient air handing units recycled from another building. This is a critical piece of equipment will play a vital role in maintaining a controlled environment for sensitive laboratory operations. #LifeScienceConstruction #ProgressUpdate
