CodeGreen Solutions, LLC (“CodeGreen”) is excited to announce that following its recent acquisition of Environmental Building Solutions, LLC (“EBS”), former EBS owners Michael Borello and John Leitner will be taking on broader leadership roles within CodeGreen.    Michael Borello has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer where he will provide operational leadership across CodeGreen’s full suite of services. John Leitner is taking on the role of Senior Vice President – Business Development where he will oversee business development efforts within the New York City market.  Michael and John will continue to lead Environmental Building Solutions, LLC’s indoor air & water quality inspection and consulting services in addition to their expanded roles.   Additionally, Environmental Building Solutions John Mascioli has been promoted to Vice President – Operations, where he expands his role to oversee all of EBS, LLC’s day to day operations. “We believe our decades of experience building and operating EBS will be valuable as we partner with the exceptional leadership team at CodeGreen,” commented Michael Borello and John Leitner. “We are excited about the opportunity to work alongside our talented colleagues in this greater capacity with the goal of building a best-in-class partner to building owners and operators”.
