Q3 2024 saw some company highlights and stand-out individual performances at Code Red Partners. As a company, we had the most new job intakes in a quarter since 2022, our average agency fee went up by 16%, and we brought on some pretty insane new company logos at the bleeding edge of technology. Our executive search practice has had the most new searches registered and placed in a quarter. We have filled 4 Head of Security/VP searches in the last four weeks, with more to come in Q4! We also had a great event season, with a particular company highlight being #BlackHat and #DefCon, where we were able network with friends, industry partners and customers, new and old. Some individuals highlight's at Code Red Partners: Erin Barry is one of the most talented, hardworking and creative recruiters I have ever worked with. Erin’s performance in Q3 was exceptional, Erin billed more in Q3 than most solid full desk recruiters can do in a billing year. Her hiring versatility knows no bounds; she filled Head of Security, AI Security Research Lead, and Staff Level Security Engineer hires as some of the example placements she made in Q3. Rosie Geroux: Rosie took on a new leadership challenge in Q3 and has taken to it like a duck to water. She has so many personality traits that make her a good leader, including tenacity, compassion and empathy. Rosie is a diligent and process-driven account manager who can demonstrate her core values and give a really great customer experience. There are two specific accounts in which she has had success in q3. With more to come in q4 and beyond! Dan Tittle: Q3 has been Dan’s first full quarter with CRP and it’s been a rollercoaster in the best possible way! Dan has an eye for top-tier talent and has been a great custodian in guiding his candidates through the recruitment process. He goes above and beyond to give his candidates and clients a great experience. A personal highlight was seeing him place the Security Compliance Lead at a well-known AI company. It is a massive hire for the client and for us! Spencer Adams: Similar to Dan, this was Spencer’s first full quarter with Code Red. Coming with a depth of security recruiting experience, we expected big things, but we were still far from what we saw. In his first month, we saw our company’s ‘fastest ever placement’ and ‘fastest to $200k’ billings hit. It was also a ton of fun spending time with him and the team in Vegas! Lastly, a special shout-out to Lucyna Bolin . Behind every high-performing sales team is a best-in-class sales trainer who helps us to make those ‘marginal gains’ to maximize individual and company efficiencies.
