Meet Patricia Noe Hoyos, Sr. Talent Manager at Cognizant located in our Mexico City office and a proud #WomanInTech at Cognizant. Patrica is passionate about helping the next generation of talent succeed in the tech industry. In a collaborative effort with the Mexican IT Association and four leading tech companies, she has helped develop a hiring program, Abriendo Puertas (Opening doors) dedicated to providing young talent with the training and resources to pursue a career in technology. We are thrilled to unveil our newest center in Indore, inaugurated today by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav and Surya Gummadi, EVP and President, Cognizant Americas, in the presence of Shri Sanjay Dubey , Principal Secretary - IT, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Cognizant’s leadership and associates. This new center is spread across 46,000 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 1250 associates in a hybrid work model. Designed to foster innovation and connection, the facility features collaborative spaces, a 110-seater cafeteria, special areas for wellness, and a dedicated space for expectant mothers. The center integrates city’s rich traditional motifs and local artisanal artworks, with well-appointed meeting rooms, named in honor of Madhya Pradesh’s heritage sites.
