Manager Spotlight: Jen D Title: Executive Chef Current Location: Virginia Jen D has been a vital part of the Cojeaux family since her initial hire on April 2, 2018, as a Sous Chef. After a brief hiatus, she rejoined the team on November 1, 2022, bringing with her an expanded set of skills and experience. Hailing from Owatonna, Minnesota, Jenn has made a significant impact across all five Cojeaux locations, including Crystal City, DC, Loudoun, Woodbridge, and Charlottesville. With a start in hospitality at Subway Sandwiches as a teen and most recently serving at Lush Cakes, Jenn has demonstrated her dedication to the craft, constantly evolving in her culinary journey. Since becoming Executive Chef, Jen has particularly grown in mastering the administrative tasks involved in running a Cojeaux kitchen. When she’s not at the Alamo, Jenn is at home enjoying precious time with her kids, embracing her role as both a chef and a mother. Thank you Jen for all that you do!

In fact, he's not just any actor—Nick was an extra in the iconic film *Forrest Gump* (which also happens to be his personal "Remote Drop" film)! Whether on stage or screen, Nick’s talent shines through, adding a unique flair to everything he does. **First Loves & Furry Friends:** Nick's love for cinema started early, with his first guest experience watching *E.T.*, a memory that has clearly left a lasting impression.
