🌟 A Night to Remember: Thank You from Collaboraction 🌟 This past Friday, August 23rd, was more than just a performance—it was a celebration of culture, community, and history at the iconic Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park. La Havana Madrid brought the vibrancy of Chicago’s Latino history to life, weaving together stories of resilience, love, and the search for belonging. We are deeply moved by the support and enthusiasm shown by everyone who attended. To our cherished audience—thank you for being a part of this profound experience. Your presence filled the evening with energy and connection, including the best dance moves in Chicago. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors, donors, and champions, whose unwavering support allowed this important narrative to take center stage. To the volunteers—your dedication and passion behind the scenes were essential to the success of the evening. We are incredibly grateful for your tireless efforts. Our deepest appreciation goes to the entire production team —your artistry and hard work brought Sandra Delgado’s vision to life with authenticity and soul. Your efforts transformed the stage into a vibrant space where history could be felt and remembered with intention. A special thank you to Playwright Sandra Delgado whose brilliance, spirit, and heart has gifted us with art that resonates deeply with more and more communities with every production. Your work has enriched Chicago's cultural landscape and given voice to stories almost lost to history. To Director Cheryl Lynn Bruce —your visionary leadership guided this production with grace and excellence. Your direction allowed La Havana Madrid to echo in the hearts of all who witnessed it, leaving an indelible mark. We also want to express our gratitude to the leaders of Teatro Vista Productions —your ongoing commitment to elevating Latinx voices and stories is vital. You continue to inspire us all through your leadership, advocacy, and artistic excellence and it was an honor to partner with you on this incredible event. Thank you to everyone who made this evening possible, and to each of you who shared in this celebration of our past, present, and future. Together, we will create a community where every story is "Nuestra Historia". 📸 Joel Maisonet
