Since 2020, CLS has had the privilege of assisting 61 unique LEAs through the CCEIS process in CA (identified in 26 distinct areas for significant disproportionality). Historically, looking back to 2020, our "Success Rate" (not reidentified in 2021 or 2022) was 74.3%. The average number of areas of identification per LEA has been 1.3 over the past few years. And now with the benefit of an historical perspective, our data indicates that 54% of each area of identification has been resolved within 1 year and 73% has been resolved within 2 years or under. CLS now has 3 Technical Assistance Facilitators to come alongside LEAs to assist during this next CCEIS cycle.
