We added ceiling beams, lighting to highlight their art, a custom concrete surround and oak floor. With that base to work from we layered in striking drapery, a large area rug and layers of lighting and accessories with colors that tied back into the cherished portrait of their daughter and pup. The primary bathroom in our Medina Project, features a soaking tub with a view and open concept shower maximizing the use of the existing space and giving an open and airy feeling. The feature wall of glass mosaic gives the simple room a beautiful focal point and incorporates bold color which the client's love. The tub gets daily use so this area was very thoughtfully designed with lots of attention to detail. The gentle aura of the bedroom in our Medina Project is truly captured in the images. Soft lighting and neutral tones create a serene atmosphere. Our Medina Project provides thoughtful design in the home bar and dining area. ⁠ ⁠ The table is perfectly suited for a family that has one child living at home. There is a full dining room for the whole family to gather but the scale of this eating area and bar is very nice for week nights. To the delight of our client, we tied the traditional roots of the house to the modern style they were after. Often when a client decides to renovate a property they already own, it's because of it's perfect location. ⁠ ⁠ In this case, they needed a consultant to help them envision the style change and how the use of rooms could be better suited to their changing lifestyle. In the kitchen of our Medina Project, we went with white cabinets in contrast to the black stone countertops.
