Team Member Tuesday!!! Omar, out of Savannah, is being spotlighted today! 📣 "I have to give a shout out to my Terminal Manager Rebecca Meader, my Dispatcher Jane Atkinson, and Senior Drivers Justin and Denny. Without their guidance and patience with me I don't know where I would be today as a Colonial Driver. Plus, the whole CTS family." 🏅 "Some fun facts about me that may surprise people are that l have two 20-year-old daughters that attend Georgia Southern, most members of my family DJ, I played college football and basketball, and I love the Georgia Bulldogs! " 🍖 "A restaurant I highly recommend is Sam Snead’s in Savannah, GA, out near the airport. It is affordable but still has an elegant look to it."

As a fuel buyer, watching fuel costs swing wildly from month to month can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to manage a budget. In previous articles, we discussed how a company can control profit margins using a fixed-price contract. But what about companies whose volumes vary from month to month? What tools can they employ to manage their fuel prices? This is where a 🧢cap program can help. https://lnkd.in/gZJ-wDeA #marketupdate #industrytrends #ColonialOil #marketmovements #OilandGas #capprogram

Happy TMT (Team Member Tuesday)! Introducing one of our drivers, Tito Silva! 😀Tito would describe Colonial to his friends and family as working at "a place where growth is encouraged, and hard work is compensated." 🏋️He loves to "work out at the gym, cook, and teach and preach" in his free time! ✈️If Tito had a superpower, it would be to "fly so I can skip TSA and border customs at the airport." We agree with you on that one!

Tuesday! Tuesday! Today we are spotlighting Brad Samuelson out of our Houston office! 🏔️Brad has "just recently returned from Colorado Springs where I hiked up the Manitou Incline, 1 mile up 2,020 feet elevation gain, 2,744 steps with a grade up to 68% steep in less than one hour, very extreme." He included a picture of the incline, very impressive! 📣He would like to shout out both "Sam Barbatano and Bobby Martin." 🦸♂️"I like the phrase 'every setback has a comeback.' I like the phrase because no matter how bad things can be you will find a way to overcome."

This Tuesday's Team Member is Shannon! 💼 "I would say my role that has helped shape our team’s culture would be dedication. However, our entire team thrives on this also. I am 100% dedicated to my job responsibilities and I am always willing to step outside that zone to help in any way possible. We will go over and beyond to help. We, Not I, in Team." 🥩 Shannon let us know that "You cannot go to Savannah or live in Savannah and not eat at the Pink House at least a few times, it is located downtown Savannah." 💞"I am a mother to 5 amazing talented beautiful daughters. All adults now, which makes me sad. Just promoted to a GiGi of twin girls who are my little warriors. I have two female dogs that are my fur-kids. I am married to an amazing husband who puts up with all us women, bless him. I have the best co-workers anyone could ask for, and a job that I love."
