As an office, we're always eager to work on the challenges and goals of next season, but not without taking a little time to celebrate our accomplishments from last season. This past Saturday night, the big win in our books was being able to honor our 2024 Pot of Gold recipient, Cooper Logan, with a record $130,818 in funds raised. A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in it from Eagles Country, our loyal fanbase; friends and family of the Logan family; the team, both players and staff as well as leadership and ownership; our local area Larimer and Weld County Sheriff's offices, and our valued corporate partners, Blue Federal Credit Union, Subaru of Loveland, The UPS Stores of Fort Collins, and Lucky Joe's Sidewalk Saloon. The Colorado Eagles annual Pot of Gold game is played with the mission to help a family within the community suffering financial hardship due to the medical condition of a child, and generating over $700,000 to date. This week the Colorado Eagles Professional Hockey, LLC staff and players together with more than 150 Chevron Colorado volunteers, were fortunate enough to take part in a Wish for Wheels bike build at Blue Arena. Over 250 bikes (and helmets) were assembled, quality checked, loaded into trucks, and delivered to 2nd grade children in local underserved communities. Wish for Wheels is a non-profit program dedicated to helping children obtain their first bicycle at no cost to the child or their family. #teambuilding #makeanimpact #communitysupport #eaglescountrystrong #wishforwheels #nonprofit #bikesforkids
