On February 13th, our first cohort of the year celebrated completion of Prosci 3-Day Change Management Practitioner Certification. A class of 18 employees from across the business braved the Portland snow to learn the importance of Organizational Change Management. dedicated the time to expand their skills to expertly design, lead, and manage any change. 🎉 Lunar New Year Celebration at PDX HQ! 🎉 Family, friends, employees, and CAPE members gathered at Lillehammer for a wonderful Lunar New Year celebration, organized by our employee resource network, Coalition of Asian Pacific Islander Employee Network (CAPE). A huge round of applause to The White Lotus Foundation and HOPE CHINESE CHARTER SCHOOL for their phenomenal performances! Their lion and dragon dances made our celebration even better. Lion and dragon dances symbolize strength, power, identity, and unity with the lion chasing away evil spirits and dragons bring in good fortune. To everyone who participated and helped make this event a memorable one, thank YOU! CSC’s Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) foster engagement, awareness, and community among employees and external partners. This event is one of many ERNs will host in 2025. Our liasion offices in Vietnam wrapped up the end of 2024 with team volunteering efforts and outdoor activities. The Hanoi Office took gathered essential items to donate during their volunteer time at the Ninh Binh Social Protection Center, which cares for children and elderly individuals. After their volunteer shift was over, the ended the day with outdoor activities at Cuc Phuong National Park. The Ho Chi Minh office dedicated a day in December to spend in the outdoors, participating in individual and team activies such as badminton, hula hooping, and more. As the year was winding down, it was important to the teams to create an opportunity to spend time with one another, their communities and the outdoors.
