About us
The Columbus Planning Division is planning for our future, while preserving our history, to create a high quality of life in Columbus for all people. We work on a wide variety of projects and programs which are aimed at improving the quality of Columbus’ neighborhoods. Our primary areas of work include: Annexation, Columbus Citywide Planning Policies, Development Review, Historic Preservation and Design Review Areas, Data and Map development, Columbus Art Commission, and the Urban Infrastructure Recovery Fund.

Progress continues on the Linden War Memorial. On Wednesday, Pangle's Construction completed the concrete work for the new foundation and plaza at Linden Park. The memorial itself is still being restored, and will be installed in the upcoming weeks. The rededication ceremony will take place on November 19th at 1pm. Please join us for the rededication event!

Linden War Memorial Restoration and Relocation Works continues on the restoration and relocation of the Linden War Memorial. The rededication Ceremony will take place on November 19th at 1pm in Linden Park. Last Thursday, the remaining small pieces of the memorial were removed to prep for the move. See the pictures below.
