Since 1936, Columbus Vegetable Oils has been servicing the food industry with the highest quality vegetable oils and shortenings. From our auspicious beginnings in an Italian grocery store basement on Chicago's west side, to our present 330,000 sq ft facility in Des Plaines, IL, Columbus Vegetable Oils has remained family-owned and operated. We’ve evolved into an unwavering force in the fats and oils industry, while remaining committed to our founder's insistence of consistent high quality and immediate service.
