As we close out 2024, I want to wish everyone a safe and happy New Year's! I'm so thankful and proud to be here at Commit Consulting and truly think we are making something magical in the Workday Ecosystem that's been missing for a while now. I'm proud of my colleagues, my clients, my counterparts, my leaders, my team - and everyone in between. Y'all make this job such an honor and a privilege to be part of, and I'm honored that I work at a place that's letting me my authentic self. I've had the honor of leading multiple Regional User Groups all around the country, traveling to Denver for our first all hands, coleading initiatives with Workday Peakon Employee Voice, and helping shape the future of Workday Talent here to truly help make a difference in Workday (and a few fun initiatives we are going to roll out in 2025).
