Terika Richardson, FACHE, CommonSpirit Health’s SEVP, Chief Operating Officer, was recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the Leading Women for 2025.This prestigious recognition program acknowledges and honors women executives from all sectors of the health care industry for their contributions to care delivery improvement, health equity, policy and gender equity in health care leadership. The article highlighted Terika's exceptional leadership and significant impact since joining the ministry in 2023. It commended her expertise in driving system growth and operational effectiveness. Key achievements include the realignment of reporting divisions for improved efficiency, and the addition of high-acuity hospital beds to meet growing patient needs. Terika's focus on strengthening physician coordination has further enhanced the quality of care across the CommonSpirit network.
