About us
Seven Regional Networks (RNs), each led by a community college president in close collaboration with national organizations including ACCT and the League for Innovation in the Community College as well as by representatives of business and industry, will be developed. Each RN will formulate its own list of initiatives with input from member community colleges, businesses and its community at large. CCPI-STEM also will work with external organizations to assess the economic impact of Advanced Technological Education (ATE) awards in select colleges. The CCPI-STEM Annual Summit will provide a forum for interaction and dissemination of the curricular materials, CCPI-STEM results and guides on a national level. This project is funded by the ATE program that focuses on the education of technicians for the advanced-technology fields that drive the nation’s economy.
