Opportunity.” I love this simple, yet powerful statement from our partner Community Development Long Island about the importance of stable, sustainable, and affordable housing- especially for low and moderate income individuals and families. Last week, along with my colleagues, I joined CDLI’s Annual Luncheon celebrating their tremendous impact on housing on Long Island.
