Community Healthlink was excited to have attended the Juvenile and Probate Court Family Resource Fair last week! CHL operates the Worcester County Juvenile Court Clinic (JCC) under an agreement with the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and the Trial Court of Massachusetts. The JCC provides court-ordered comprehensive mental health evaluations for youth and families. The JCC provides these evaluations subsequent to a parent, guardian, or school’s request to the court for assistance. About us
UMass Memorial Health -- Community Healthlink is committed to promoting, restoring, and maintaining the physical health, mental health, and dignity of adults, children, and families in Central Massachusetts who are experiencing mental illness, addiction, or homelessness. Our services are grounded in the principles of recovery and the belief that every person has the right to choose his or her own recovery path. We use evidence-based practices and relevant state-of-the-art research aimed at improving the lives of our clients. We provide services to over 22,000 clients throughout Central Massachusetts each year: We help young children with behavioral issues learn how to get along with others. We reunite families who’ve been torn apart because of drug or alcohol addiction. We provide healthcare to homeless men and women, and help them find housing and jobs so they can live a more stable life. We help people of all ages who struggle with mental illness to regain self-esteem. We take innovative approaches to healthcare: we have integrated primary care clinics in two of our outpatient behavioral health clinics. Community Healthlink, a member of UMass Memorial Health Care, is a multi-service, private, nonprofit organization committed to promoting, maintaining and restoring the well-being and mental health of individuals and families in Central Massachusetts. Community Healthlink is proud to be the clinical partner of the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
