We're thrilled to share that Compass Working Capital recently hosted the 7th Bi-Annual National FSS Conference in Washington, D.C. The conference brought together FSS practitioners, experts, and policymakers to discuss innovative strategies and best practices for designing client-centered programs grounded in aspiration, dignity, and hope. We explored ways to expand access to the FSS program and ensure that more families with low incomes, particularly those led by Black and Latina women, have the opportunity to build wealth and achieve their goals.
