Critical thinking for the win!
Great customer care is not just about following every process; it sometimes requires going off-script and showing critical thinking. A recent experience with Aritzia exemplifies this perfectly. After receiving a jacket with a minor flaw, I contacted customer care and they offered to send me a new one, despite the cost of free shipping both ways and losing a coat that could not be resold. Instead, I asked for a refund of $10 and offered to have the coat repaired myself. To my surprise and delight, they agreed! Kudos to Daniela and the Aritzia customer care team for their individualized approach and creating a better outcome for all. Remember this story next time you evaluate your customer care team. #customerexperience #customercentricity #criticalthinking
