Located in a small town, Samarpan Children's Hospital, Omerga is the only hospital that provides Level 3 treatment in the area and serves almost 80 surrounding villages in the same district. Its quality healthcare at affordable rates has made it popular, and it needs to amplify its infrastructure to help the populace effectively. The hospital is run by a dedicated and compassionate doctor, Dr Nachiket Inamdar. In the past 4 years, the doctor has treated hundreds of sick, premature, and underweight babies at highly affordable rates. In the current set-up, the hospital has a 4-bed NICU allowing the doctor to care for 8-10 neonatal patients monthly. With his dedication to saving lives, doubling the NICU beds at the hospital to 8 will enable Dr Inamdar to care for 20 babies every month.
