🌸 Rallying for a Cause 🎾 At CompassX, we believe in the power of community and giving back. Last week, Kyle J. Heppenstall and Ricardo G. hit the courts at the Marbella Country Club in San Juan Capistrano to participate in a charity tennis event in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the American Cancer Society. This event was a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. We’re honored to have played a part and grateful for everyone who supported this meaningful cause. Throughout her unique career path, she has accumulated an effective combination of skills and talents to become a highly efficient data leader. Her passion for demonstrating the power of information has grown over time, working as both a direct hire and a consultant for various companies in key industries, including Healthcare and Life Sciences, FinTech/FinServ, Manufacturing, CPG/Retail, and Hospitality. We are excited to have Padmanabhan - Paddy S. join the CompassX team! He brings over 17 years of experience in helping clients and businesses develop and grow their data management capabilities. Paddy has worked with a diverse client base in the Finance, Consumer, Gaming, Insurance, and Technology industries, developing Enterprise Data Governance frameworks that align strategy and processes with IT and data assets within organizations. Throughout his professional career, Paddy has performed a variety of project management roles, including current state assessment, process mapping and design, requirements gathering, gap analysis, strategy and roadmap design, workflow design, data quality and system performance testing, and tools/vendor assessment.
