Great Director Compensation Role in the Washington DC Metro Area CompExecs is assisting a $10B+ Company in Northern Virginia in their search for a Director of Compensation. This position has a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week in the office, relocation assistance is available). Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards (and a potential succession planning candidate for that role), this position is responsible for executive compensation, equity administration, and broad-based compensation. Deep experience in executive and broad-based compensation at a publicly traded company, as well as strong analytical skills are required.
