When we think about our community, we imagine one that is safe, healthy, successful and connected. That’s why Completely KIDS has made it our mission to empower kids and families with the skills necessary to break the cycle of poverty and overcome barriers to their success. Each year, we serve more than 2,000 Omaha-area kids, primarily between the ages of 4 and 14, and their families in working toward this mission. Our work takes place before and after the school day with our kids. We provide a safe, academically supportive and enriching environment at nine OPS elementary and middle schools, a parochial school, three homeless shelters, a community organization, and our building. We also offer expanded services to the families of our kids in the form of literacy, educational support, mental health services and referrals to other agencies as needed.
