We’re excited to share some key updates at our Red Broom property located at 2150 W 6th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020.   🏢 New Lease with Classic Kid Coins and Collections (August 2024) Our most recent addition to the property! The suite was updated with new carpet, paint, and LED lights. We are thrilled to have Classic Kid Coin and Collections at the property. Natasha F. with Colorado Commercial Companies was great to work with on the deal!   🏢 Renewed Lease with Allied Technologies (June 2024) Renewed lease with Allied Technologies, a long-standing relationship with a tenant who has been at the property since 2017. We appreciate their continued tenancy and trust in us!   🏢 New Lease with Shimano (May 2024) Executed a new lease with Shimano, renovating the office space, upgrading the lighting to LED, and warehouse updates featuring a slick epoxy floor. A big thank you to Brian McClenahan and #CBRE for bringing us Shimano!   🔨 Completed Spec Suite Construction Completed construction of a 5,600/sf spec suite which features a modern, open office layout, new carpet, LVT, fresh paint, and upgraded LED lighting. The space is currently available for lease!   📈 Property Occupancy and Performance The property is currently 90% occupied, with the 5,600/sf spec suite being the only space available. In his new role, Austin will be joining Matt Dodge in spearheading our acquisition efforts through deal sourcing, due diligence, and debt origination as well as helping to lead asset management.
