About us
Our goal is to be a resource connector for multiple facet, from providing a job pipeline for graduating students, to identifying surplussed materials. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Our Vision: To be the premier resource for businesses and graduating seniors. To align hiring companies with graduating seniors from High Schools, Community Colleges, and Universities. We want to be the pathway from school to career. Our Mission: Our first responsibility is to the business owners, graduating seniors, CTE’s, and all others who are interested in learning and understanding the true value of skilled trades with a career upon graduation. Our Goals: Develop working committees to close the gap with the schools and the local businesses. Create a mentor job shadowing programs, for students who do not have a role model in the filed they are Interested in pursuing. Initiate programs to encourage students to engage in career opportunities. Design an awards program to recognize the students and the business owners to encourage others to follow the path for success.

We always look forward to our Breaking Barriers Conference every year. We always end up having an amazing time while celebrating how we are helping to change the lives of students in our state. This year was definitely one for the books! Thank you to all of our sponsors that helped support the conference, our speakers, vendors, and all other participants that came out. With all of your help we were able to accomplish some amazing things this year, and we will continue breaking more barriers in 2025!

The first two days of our Breaking Barriers Conference have been nothing short of a great time and a success! We always look forward to this time where we celebrate our accomplishments for the year, and discuss how we can keep building the futures of students for years to come. And just think, we still have one more day to go!
