How I would suggest you plan your next productive team meeting As an Online Business Manager (OBM) specializing in team and project management for online agencies, I understand the critical role that productive team meetings play in driving project success. To plan your next team meeting effectively, I suggest starting with a clear and concise agenda. Outline the key points to discuss and share this agenda with your team in advance. This not only sets clear expectations but also gives team members time to prepare their thoughts and contributions. During the meeting, stay focused on the agenda items and allocate time for each topic to ensure that all important points are covered without running over time. Another key aspect is fostering an environment that encourages open communication and collaboration. Begin your meeting with a quick round of updates or wins to set a positive tone. Use collaborative tools like shared documents or project management software to keep everyone on the same page and make note-taking more efficient. Encourage team members to voice their ideas and concerns, and be sure to follow up on action items and assign clear responsibilities. This approach not only enhances productivity but also strengthens team cohesion and accountability.

My response when people say they’d invest time in building their SOPs when they have a team in place Yes, Yeah, Mmmhmm... Having clear processes is incredibly powerful and when it's implemented correctly in your business, things start to transform... including your MONTHLY REVENUE If you’ve been into business for over an year but are still struggling to see your business growing and thriving, bringing referrals and more leads…. Then analyze: what you’ve been saying/doing? what have you been bringing in your business and life? what have you been attracting? And if you look around and see things that you were NOT manifesting, then it’s time to shift the perspective.

I see you create & send your invoices manually and I want you to know that this is a zero judgment zone. If you find yourself always struggling to complete a never ending to-do list, it may also lead to an imbalance in your work & personal life, anxiety and burnout... which is just not great. I want to show you the power of streamlined & automated systems and what we can do to create results with systems and process.

Working long-term with someone is similar to a relationship, you want to make sure you match on all the important things. But the truth is "My team doesn't owe me anything other than want they were contracted to do" Do we love initiative? Yes! But I can't take it personal if my team members are just doing their job. It is a partnership and we come together to work on beautiful projects but by letting go of the idea that they love and want to grow your business with you we STOP making it personal and actual growth and understanding can happen. My recommendation: have quarterly 1:1s with ALL team members to see how they are doing and how they are feeling to bring a sense of belonging and of being seen and heard. 5 habits I do every work day to tackle my to-do list Most of my clients come to me when they are experiencing a feeling of drowning in their to do list. This is what I do: 1. The to-do list should be done the day before: I like to dump my worries and ideas at the end of my day so come morning I know what I want to tackle. 2. My to-do list is a suggestion: Yes, there are due dates and datelines BUT I also work on what my energy, health and day feels like working on. 3. I eat the frog: If there is something I hate doing or is a big ASK or TASK I tackle that first! And if it's the only thing I get done at least I feel amazing. 4. I try NOT to read emails until I tackle 1 or 2 things from my list to avoid derailment. 5. I review my PM tool and timelines every day to see if my energy in time is really going into things that are pushing projects forward.

Who doesn't love a transformation? Especially one that means you get to work less! Working through my process with Team and Project Management has lots of benefits, and my favorite is that while your business grows - you can actually work less. You won't have to worry about: Having to tell your team what to do Not having clarity in what YOU should be doing Unsatisfied clients
