❌ It is crucial to understand the implications when supporting the passing of yet another law. Unintended consequences aren’t a question of “if”—they will come, fueling an uncontrollable surge in regulations. These regulations have a remarkable way of twisting the very intention of the law.

🌟New Article📍 Every legislative session, we're bombarded with flashy headlines hyping up some new law that's supposedly the big fix. But here's the thing—those laws are just the tip of the iceberg. Sure, the law itself is a problem (unless it's a rare repeal), but the real trouble is what comes next: the regulations. That's where the regulatory monster creeps in. And guess what? These details are never trending on social media or making front-page news. Most people have no clue how these regulations expand quietly, sneaking in while everyone’s looking the other way. https://lnkd.in/eKujqGKk

COMING SOON‼️ As we move closer to legislative session 2025, get ready. Special interest groups, think tanks, lawyer groups, and associations are about to bombard us with their legislative agendas. Oh and political parties too. And guess what? These agendas are mostly filled with requests for more laws—ouch! Most of these agendas are just ways to expand government power, dressed up as 'helping' or 'improving' things. They'll pitch ideas about what needs to change, how laws should evolve, and all these new measures that are supposedly going to 'make life better.' But here's the irony—adding laws is often framed as a way to improve life, yet all it really does is grow government and ramp up police power. So before you jump on board, think about it—how will these changes impact your rights? Not what they promise to do, but what they’ll actually do. https://lnkd.in/eVM7ssi2

❌The less we rely on the government, the stronger we all become. Why? Because what the government funds, it controls—deciding what you get, how much, and under what conditions. Worse, it breeds dependency. Dependency is a handout. It’s surrendering your right to choose. When the government holds the purse strings, it dictates the terms. Every dollar comes with a string attached—and the more strings, the tighter the grip. The truth is, the government already has its reach in nearly every aspect of our lives. Why? Because we’ve enabled it by constantly pleading for it to “take care” of us. But politicians aren’t supposed to be caretakers, and they aren’t equipped for it. Their job is to uphold and defend the Constitution—not to micromanage our lives or reshape society as they see fit. To those who carry on without expecting the government to fix everything—through hard times, sacrifice, and pain—thank you for preserving true freedom. The more we step away from dependency, the less control politicians have over our lives.

❌Did you know government programs are funded by taxpayers, and once collected, these public funds are redistributed through government-created programs to support various services? So, the idea of “free money” doesn’t exist—taxpayers are always footing the bill. The key issue here is the lack of choice for hard-working South Carolina taxpayers, whose contributions highlight the imbalance between paying into the system and rarely receiving any direct benefit—especially without being bound by regulations or restrictions attached to these programs.
