I visited Lola's NYC for a veggie-forward meal from chef Suzanne Cupps. All options were tempting, but I landed on the Housemade Naan with carrot masala yogurt and cilantro chutney, followed by a Warm Buckwheat Cookie with oolong milk and a, of course, I had to try the Sticky Date Cake with carolina gold rice pudding and almond, fig + raisin jam.
