Director of Industrial/Ingredient Sales – Atlanta, GA. You won’t find a better leadership team and culture! This growing company provides food ingredients to major corporations like PepsiCo, General Mills, and Kraft as well as many midsize food manufacturers. Looking for a pioneering sales leader to help transform the organization into its next level of growth. High quality raw materials, a 100,000+ sq ft manufacturing and co-packing facility in Atlanta, GA area, and products offered to Industrial, Foodservice, and Private Label, customers. With a strong family-oriented culture, this person will manage a current sales team of 3-4 while building a targeted market opportunity plan to double the size of this $70mm company. With commodity considerations, need someone with strong RFP and pricing experience, project management, technical selling, and a player/coach who will identify new customers and lead by example pioneering. MUST be located (relocation available) or commutable to Atlanta area as they look to inject this person's talent and energy into the growth of the team.
