Contemporary Management Concepts was founded in 1979 to provide full-service marketing, consulting and financial expertise in the field of apartment complex development and management. CMC, LLLP is the largest fee management company in Gainesville, Florida. The company has also expanded with several properties in Winter Park, Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland and Jacksonville. In total, the team at CMC manages over 4,000 units at our offices across 28 property sites. All services are provided to maximize initial dollar investment and optimize return through efficient floor plan management. Our corporate and leadership team of 32 property management professionals is based in Alachua, while over 100 personnel serve our residents at the communities we manage. Because of CMC’s breadth of services and locations across central Florida our team can cover any contingency that arises, whether that means a global pandemic, hurricane damage, or just a temporary manning shortage, team CMC has got it covered.

☀ Hiring for an Assistant Property Manager ☀ 💸 42k-45k yearly salary 🗺 Located in Lakeland, Florida Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: The assistant property manager is responsible for understanding and implementing all policies and procedure on their property. This includes making decisions while keeping in mind the responsibility we have for the safety of our residents, employees and assets. Supervising and training of employees. Customer service to residents and prospects providing a clean and well maintained property. Enforcing of resident leases to ensure that all resident requests and services are handled promptly. Complete a property inspection daily using the manager’s daily property inspection report. Organize work assignments and goals for staff to produce expected results. Assist of turnovers, walk units, complete move out settlement statements, and schedule subcontractors. Train and direct the administrative work activities of the office staff to process rental application in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Contemporary Management Concepts, LLLP guidelines. Competencies: The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook. The candidate must have experience associated with administrative duties and possess strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple job functions. A strong background in customer service, some basic knowledge of building structures and experience in coordinating and scheduling are essential. Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 3 years of trackable property leasing experience, or 1 year of prior property manager assistant experience.
