The California Restaurant Show, newly-rebranded from the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, reported a 51% increase in verified attendance this year. The show’s Team Bundle program, created in partnership with show organizer Restaurant Events, LLC and Convention Data Services to offer attendance flexibility for restaurants’ staff, helped drive this growth. It also included a new Pizza Tomorrow Summit Pavilion with cooking demonstrations, competitions and more.
