We bring leaders and doers together to build consensus, solve problems, and improve lives.
About us
Convergence is a nonpartisan, non-profit that convenes leaders with diverse or conflicting views to build trust, identify solutions, and form alliances for seemingly intractable national issues. We achieve outcomes through structured, facilitated dialogue and long-term relationship building, shifting the focus from winning the debate to collectively seeking solutions. Convergence is addressing a broad range of issues, including education, long-term care financing, poverty and economic mobility, nutrition and wellness, and the federal budget process.

See what we can do to ensure a brighter future for American families: https://lnkd.in/gwQuJFdR The Convergence Collaborative was led by Abby M. Families deserve to flourish and to better support families in America, we need cross-partisan collaboration. 30 folks across the political spectrum have already done some of that work. Cross-partisan solutions from the Convergence Collaborative on Supports for Working Families, led by Abby M. McCloskey, were mentioned in a recent Vox article by Rachel Cohen. The Collaborative and the consensus solutions that came from it prove that across-the-aisle work can be done and that Americans have a shared interest in family flourishing. #WorkingFamilies #Childcare #FamilyFlourishing #CollaborativeProblemSolving
