CEOs, it doesn’t matter what your industry is. It’s all about the people. Everything that you do no matter what level of success you’re trying to achieve, will depend on the people you have supporting you. So, choose them wisely. I have an entire module on hiring in my Invest In Your Leaders Course, which is now only $447 until Oct 31st, instead of $740. https://lnkd.in/grWxqSg2

Being a leader and a parent are a lot alike. Especially when it comes to being vulnerable. I don't know about you—but when I was a kid, I always thought my parents had it 'figured out.' But if one day they got extremely vulnerable and said they didn't know how to cook or pay the bills—I would have wondered if they actually did. So, as leaders, we must show our employees we have things under control (even if it doesn't feel like it). And that means finding the right balance between being vulnerable and being in control.

Every CEO will eventually leave their company. Whether by selling, retiring, or simply stepping down. It’s not a gloomy prediction; it’s just reality. Even the most passionate CEOs won’t lead forever. That’s where the COO comes in. A COO is a crucial ally in positioning the company for the CEO’s eventual exit.
