About us
Coordinated Therapy Solutions provides therapy program management services for nursing home operators. We specialize in transitioning skilled nursing facilities from third party vendors to in-house therapy. Additionally, we offer support to any current in-house therapy programs that would benefit from our experience and industry resources. Through a collaborative approach we work directly with your local and regional leadership teams to ensure the best therapy service is delivered. Bringing therapy in-house allows the operator to retain 100% of the therapy reimbursement generated as well as gives them control over the product they are providing.
