With #Automate2024 underway, we wanted to take a moment to share with you yet another manufacturer that's helped make the Vers-E-Stax possible! PULSEROLLER AMERICAS is one of our oldest and most favorite vendors to work with. They have some of the best MDR-related products on the market and a support team that is second to none. We turned to one of our favorite products for our machine: the pulse roller PGD. This 24VDC motor is used to extend and retract our tote holding/grabbing fingers with enough force to easily be able to move a large tote stack in case of misalignment (broken, damaged, bent totes). As promised, here it is! The reveal of our latest machine, Vers-E-Stax! Please excuse the mess in the photo, there is a ton of activity happening with everyone setting up for #automate2024. The Vers-E-Stax is a versatile machine that can stack or destack totes of any size. It has a modern design and is made using advanced manufacturing methods, allowing for a highly reliable machine. With many parts and sub-systems being 3D printed out of carbon fiber, the Vers-E-Stax can be incredibly flexible and adjust to your facility's needs. This allows for easier, faster, and less expensive part replacement. The Vers-E-Stax product line is equipped with innovative components that will enable it to function in any facility regardless of the available power (single phase or three phase). So what makes it different? - It's all electric meaning no operating costs associated with compressed air. - It is servo-driven allowing for easy changeovers without needing to manually adjust heights - The rail system for the grabbing fingers allows for a changeover to occur by loosening 3 bolts Make sure to visit the Cardinal Kinetic booth (Booth 3667) to our machine in action! #automation #engineering #manufacturing

Day 4 and the final day before we reveal our machine! Siemens gets a ton of airtime on our page, and for good reason! Our machine is rocking a ton of solid products from our friends at Siemens. Nearly every panel we post about has a PSU6200 because these power supplies are fantastic. This panel has a couple of different models of selectivity modules (electronic circuit breakers). The PSE200U is great for protecting your sensitive components and is an approved class 2 protection device, and the SEL1200 is an amazing product. This particular module has 8 different channels that can be set up to 10 amps per channel. We love the Scalance networking products so our choice of switches was easy. We don't do a lot with the SIRUS safety relays these days, not because they aren't a great product, but because Siemens lead times for safety PLCs are great, so we use them in most builds now. For this build though, the SIRUS safety relay was perfect. Day 3 of preparing for #automate2024 gives a massive shoutout to Paletti USA LLC (booth 3279) for their incredible machine frames, doors, and linear actuators! Unfortunately for Paletti, showing their incredible work would mean revealing our entire machine, so we're going to wait to do that, but we can talk about the build. Paletti has been great to work with throughout this whole process. They took our design and nailed it with the extrusions! Everything fits perfectly and looks incredible! Day 2 of preparing for #Automate2024 Today's highlight for our machine is EUCHNER USA, Inc. Our machine utilizes five Euchner CTS door latches, and let us tell you, they are excellent. They are a very high-quality build with a small profile (with a great price point). The door pin allows for misalignment, and when the lock is engaged, the holding force is more than enough to keep your employees safe. The additional IO link capabilities are amazing for getting all the diagnostic data you would want for the latch. We are headed to #automate2024 next week to debut a brand new machine with the fantastic Cardinal Kinetic! We have been collaborating with Cardinal Kinetic for the past year on multiple projects. Therefore, it made perfect sense to incorporate their InoDrive servo system for our motion system. The InoDrive is one of the most exciting products we have seen in many years. It's a complete low voltage (24VDC or 48VDC) servo system with a price point unbeatable in the market! It can be programmed to run without a PLC or in our case integrates perfectly with our Siemens control system.
