Whenever possible, enable 2FA on all systems and software. This adds an additional layer of security by requiring users to verify their identity through a second method, such as a phone app or email code. I know, I know…. It’s more work. It takes longer. It can be annoying. BUT…..it’s FREEEEE. And it is an added layer of protection for your information. Which means you’re less likely to fall into a breach attempt or attack. Which means you’re less likely to 💰 LOSE MONEY 💰 due to negligence.
