City of Somerton commissioned a new water tank to keep pace with the growth of the community on Thursday, July 18th, 2024. The new 1.2 million gallon tank along with the rehabilitation of the two existing steel tanks provides Somerton residents 3.4 million gallons of drinking water storage.
