🔬 #COREnextInScience: The COREnext team has released a new #scientific paper titled "Core-Local Reasoning and Predictable Cross-Core Communication with M3." This research explores a novel architectural approach to real-time analysis using the #M3 platform, known for its strong isolation between cores in heterogeneous systems. 💡 In this paper, the team (Nils Asmussen, Sebastian Haas, Adam Lackorzynski, Michael Roitzsch) investigates M3's real-time properties, comparing communication latencies and task prioritization with other systems. The study also introduces enhancements like network-on-chip traffic regulation and resource limit enforcement, making M3 more suitable for real-time applications.
