Spring has brought bustling construction to our NEW apartments in Sunrise Master Planned Community! While they're not quite ready yet, we're gearing up for June/July availability for leasing. 📆💥 This marks the first of three developer-owned apartment complexes undertaken by CMG, featuring 120 garden-style apartments and providing residents with amenities like a Recreation Center with a Fitness Room. It's been an absolute joy witnessing our vibrant community growing firsthand. Keep an eye out for updates in the coming month!
