This practice will open with Dr. William Suh, MD, Interventional Cardiologist and will be joined by Dr. Babak Yasmeh, MD, Electrophysiologist in the Fall. Dasia Walker, RN, MST1, was recently honored for a "Good Catch" recognition. This recognition is given to a staff member who reports or corrects an event that might have the potential to result in an error or injury, but did not. Our staff must rely on their skill and intuition at the bedside, and that is what Dasia did with a recent patient. Thank you, Dasia!

All week, our Senior Leaders have been meeting with our staff to share new information about our quality indicators and patient experience feedback. They meet with employees on both campuses multiple time during the day and evenings, and weekends as well. It was a great opportunity for our employees to get feedback and ask questions about the areas where they work.

Last week, we had our first Employee Sushi Day in our Main Street Café, and it was met with great excitement. The premade packs were gone in 10 minutes and the employee line got longer and longer. What does that say? Our employees are really into sushi! Thank you to our leaders who made this happen. We look forward to many more Sushi Days on both our campuses!
