  • All week, our Senior Leaders have been meeting with our staff to share new information about our quality indicators and patient experience feedback. They meet with employees on both campuses multiple time during the day and evenings, and weekends as well. It was a great opportunity for our employees to get feedback and ask questions about the areas where they work.

  • Last week, we had our first Employee Sushi Day in our Main Street Café, and it was met with great excitement. The premade packs were gone in 10 minutes and the employee line got longer and longer. What does that say? Our employees are really into sushi! Thank you to our leaders who made this happen. We look forward to many more Sushi Days on both our campuses!

  • Sana Hamideh, RN, MST2, was recently honored for a "Good Catch" recognition. This recognition is given to a staff member who reports or corrects an event that might have the potential to result in an error or injury, but did not. Our staff must rely on their skill and intuition at the bedside, and that is what Sana did with a recent patient. Thank you, Sana!

  • Yesterday, Corona Regional Medical Center was a sponsor and participant in the Riverside Women's Leadership Conference. There were over 650 attendees and many vendors sharing their products and services throughout the event. It was one of the best Women's event that we have been a part of. A very special "Thank You" to the organizers and to our own Dr. Rupal Shah for being a part of the Physicians Panel. A great time was had by all!

  • Recently, our volunteer, Gloria Lunetta, was so excited to introduce her granddaughter, Kayla, to her fellow team members. Kayla came all the way from Australia to visit her family. Kayla is on a professional soccer team in Australia and doesn't get to come home often. Kayla and Gloria are very close and it was so special for the CRMC team to meet her. By the way, Gloria has been volunteering at CRMC for over 55 years!

  • Our employees were excited to get behind the recent "Back 2 School Supply Drive" organized by the Corona-Norco United Way. Boxes were found throughout the hospital and staff and physicians loaded them with all sorts of school supplies. Dr. Alia Rodriguez, CEO of the local United Way, arrived at the hospital to pick up all the goodies and distribute them to students in the Corona, Norco and Eastvale area! CRMC is always ready to support our local organizations as their "Partner in Health & Healing".
