📚 Binder Donations Needed! 📚 We’re seeking donations of new or gently used 1-inch 3 ringed binders to help our residents stay organized as they work through our transitional program. These binders will be used to keep important documents, program materials, and personal plans that help residents reach their goals of self-sufficiency. If you have any 1-inch 3 ringed binders you’d like to donate, please message us or drop them off at any of our shelter locations. Every little bit helps as we support our residents on their journey to independence. Thank you for your generosity! 💙

✨Measuring success at COTS!✨ At COTS we equip each of our residents with the tools and skills they need to rebuild their lives and secure stable housing. Each resident in our program follows a personalized plan designed to address the unique challenges that led to their housing instability. To help them overcome these barriers, here are a few of the tools COTS provides: 🧠 Living Skills: Residents participate in programming to develop essential life skills that promote self-sufficiency. 🩺 Healthcare: We ensure that each resident receives appropriate medical, dental, and behavioral health care. 🤝 Community Engagement: Residents give back by volunteering within the community. Every resident is required to maintain a 40-hour schedule of productive activity, which includes work and other meaningful pursuits that help them build a sustainable future. Our dedicated Program Service Coordinators closely monitor each individual’s progress and report on these success metrics to our board monthly. This ensures accountability and enables us to adjust programs as needed to help our residents succeed. Your support helps make all of this possible. 🌨️ Donate Bus Passes to Support COTS' Residents! 🚍 As the weather gets colder, many of our residents rely on public transportation to get to work. While biking is a great option during warmer months, having access to bus passes is crucial as temperatures drop. 🥶 All of our shelters are conveniently located on bus routes, and having a reliable way to get to work helps our residents continue on their path to independence. If you’re able, please consider donating bus passes to help our residents through the colder months. Every pass makes a difference!
