Our Dish of the Week: pan-seared salmon with a creamy lemon sauce. This dish balances the rich, buttery flavor of perfectly seared salmon with a hint of bright citrus in the sauce. Paired with tender roasted asparagus, spiced cauliflower and a side of savory wild rice, it’s a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, the Cotton CommUNITY and the Cotton Foundation joined forces to deliver relief to the resilient people of Asheville, Black Mountain, and Swannanoa. We began at Asheville High School, setting up a drive-up relief station to distribute 3,000 cases of water and 1,000 boxed lunches. From there, we traveled to Asheville’s surrounding communities of Black Mountain and Swannanoa—small towns heavily impacted and in need of support—making drop-offs at Black Mountain Presbyterian Church and Swannanoa First Baptist Church. Our hearts remain with the people of these communities as they continue to heal and rebuild.
