Learn more about ACQ's ABA healthcare accreditation at an introductory webinar! Wed, 10/30 at 4pm ET: https://lnkd.in/gkWZaWmx People with autism deserve high-quality ABA services. However, significant barriers can prevent access, including provider expertise and availability as well as misplaced financial incentives. It's critical for the industry to embrace quality standards from a trusted source. The Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ) is the only non-profit accreditation program for ABA service providers. During this interactive educational session, attendees will be introduced to ACQ’s accreditation standards and the application process.

  • Friday, October 25 at 3pm ET, join CASP for "Industry Fidelity Data as an Indicator of Quality Service Delivery." https://lnkd.in/g-BPSm-4 Research shows that treatment fidelity is an indicator of quality service delivery. However, recent survey research suggests that fidelity data is often not collected, tracked, or analyzed. With its clients' permission, Behavior Science Technology recently aggregated and analyzed de-identified fidelity data across 29 organizations, 315 clinical supervisors, 1,422 service providers, and 739 clients. Dr. Abigail Blackman and Tricia Glick will discuss these industry data in detail and provide suggestions for organizations to access this information to ensure quality services are delivered to their service recipients.

  • Friday, 11/1 at 3pm ET, join CASP for a FREE webinar: "From Concept to Practice: CASP's ABA Session Note Templates." https://lnkd.in/gupnvhaF For years, the industry has needed streamlined session note documentation for applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. CASP's Documentation Special Interest Group has answered the call, developing templates that align with the eight Category I Current Procedural Terminology® (CPT) codes for ABA. These templates were shaped with input from subject matter experts who specialize in healthcare documentation, legal compliance, and clinical practice. Designed to capture each client’s individualized and medically necessary ABA services, the templates are adaptable across different documentation methods (e.g., paper and pencil, electronic health records) and organizational processes for service delivery. This webinar will offer insight into the rationale behind the template content, including key considerations for clinical and operational integration. Your presenters are Rebecca Womack and Dr. Heather O'Shea, co-chairs of CASP's Documentation SIG.
