Next comes: -HR Lead -3 more Assoc level SDRs -Another Marketing Manager because you promote your person to Director -An Exec Admin -Legal Counsel You're now at about 3x the revenue and 3x the headcount.     Hey everyone, I’m Riley! There are several of you that I have connected with but not yet met, so I figured it was about time to introduce myself properly! I just turned 25 in January, got married in May of 2024, and recently made the big move from Cincinnati, Ohio to Atlanta! A little about me: I played D2 college volleyball before graduating from Ohio State (Go Bucks!). These days, I trade in my knee pads for golf clubs and a camera—I love spending my free time on the course or behind the lens.     Success story Everyone can learn from it Hint... fast but reasonable We recently filled a very high level search for a key client. We had the initial meeting with the candidate, scheduled the first interview for 6 days later, the next for 6 days after that, and had a signed offer in place exactly 17 days from the first point of contact. (And this is for one of the top five highest level hires Covert Recruiting has ever made... and a very integral hire to this client too.) First off, the candidate was amazing and in a good spot to make a career move. But second - and most importantly - the client committed to a fast, responsive, and reasonable interview process. No corners were cut, all due diligence completed. Then they put the pen to the paper and got things done. No reason to overcomplicate. #jontent

    Happy Friday! Who needs to ramp up hiring in 2025? As GROWTH Recruiters, Covert Recruiting is there to support growth minded companies. Let’s get more specific… The problems we solve? YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START We work with LOTS of founders/leaders. They, like you, are awesome at what you do. Almost all of these folks worked so hard in perfecting their product or service – and now it’s taking off. Very few have ever had to scale talent before. Hire someone who has. YOU DON’T HAVE TIME Same as above. You’ve got a product/service to launch. That’s 50+ hours a week, plus accounting, legal, everything else it takes to run a successful business. When are you going to sift through resumes? Do you want to take intro calls with people that will not meet high standards? Of course you don’t. We solve that. YOU NEED SOME FLEXIBILITY Sometimes you need to bring in 10 people. Sometimes 1 a quarter. Our team is equipped for both. The a big question to ask – do you want to bring in an internal recruiter? They’re great. But that has clear fixed costs in salaries, benefits, etc. Is that the right fit during a slow period? You can call us when you’ve got a mountain of open reqs, but we don't require payment when you don't. YOU NEED QUALITY HIRES We got you. We love what we do and we have a track records of finding great candidates, that stick. Our fill rate is over 75%.
