Let's talk about one of our projects on the boards, The Ocean Sports Development Surf Park!  The buildings within the park are envisioned to seamlessly integrate the thrill of surfing with the rich cultural heritage of the Florida Keys. Drawing inspiration from the traditional Florida Keys vernacular, the design aims to create an immersive experience that reflects the vibrant local culture while providing state-of-the-art surf facilities and amenities. Along the edge of the wave pool, traditional surf shacks and tiki huts will provide shaded areas for surfers and spectators alike. The City of Coral Springs proudly unveils Fire Station 64! With 8,000 sq ft, three bays, and cutting-edge bi-fold doors, it is not just any fire station to CPZ. Fire Station #64 was built 46 years ago to accommodate volunteer fire fighters. Fire station #64 was renovated by CPZ back in 2008 and is therefore very sentimental to us. We are honored to have had the opportunity to work with the City of Coral Springs again and design their new fire station #64. Equipped with tailored dormitories and functional spaces, it is a testament to everyone's hard work and support. Fire Station #64 is dedicated to Russell Donavon, a volunteer fire fighter. It is not just a station; it's a haven for our dedicated firefighters. We are grateful for our partners and all who made this project a reality.
