    🚨 Office Snack Trend Alert 🚨 Vaibhav, our Merchandising Manager, hit the Vistar, A PFG Company North Buying Show to check out which new products could be great additions to your office pantry. His take on the next big trend? Mini snacks are everywhere. Sometimes, less is more—and here's why: 🌱 Sustainability: About one-third of all food produced goes to waste. Mini snacks = less waste from ingredients, packaging, and shipping. 💊 GLP-1: With 1 in 8 U.S. adults on meds like GLP-1 medication, people are opting for smaller, more frequent meals instead of big portions. 📉 Shrinkflation: Inflation has pushed brands to reduce product sizes while keeping prices steady. Fewer chips in the bag? It’s real.     When we say we are a team of snacking experts, we mean it! Lindsey, Lead People Operations Business Partner, did not disappoint with her perfect score — 3 for 3! We gave her a blind taste test and asked her to identify which coffee came from the cold brew keg, which came from a can, and which coffee was brewed from one of our Nespresso machines and poured over ice.     What if we told you the real secret to getting more out of your pantry budget doesn’t involve adding more stuff—it's about playing some pantry mind games. Before entering the Craftyverse, many companies lived in a vicious cycle of overconsumption: Stock snacks to brim ➡️ Snacks get consumed too fast ➡️ Stock even more ➡️ Spend way over budget ➡️ Repeat 🔁 Enter Crafty's Pantry Psychology to break the cycle. Employees consume with their eyes, so if you change how your pantry looks, you can change how it is consumed! Here are three expert tips from our Strategic Account Director, Hector: 👀 What you see is what you take. If your high-priced items are at eye level, guess what? Employees are more likely to reach for them. You're driving up consumption and costs. Move them lower, and put cost-effective products in their place. ⏩ Pull everything to the front. Instead of overstocking shelves to make it look abundant, pull products to the front. This creates the feeling of abundance without putting more abundance out. 🕝 Timing is everything. Limit restocks for high-priced products to specific times with the most impact. For example, protein drinks can be expensive so stock them in the mornings only, and once they run out replace them with a cost-effective drink option for the afternoon.
